Every suite including this one has its own reserved parking lot secured by a barrier.
The suite is suitable for 2 or 3 persons, with extra bed.
The suite includes a bedroom with a king-sized bed and an extra bed for a third person.
The suite also has a kitchenette with an oven, cooker, refrigerator and a microwave, as well as a toaster and teapot.
A sofa bed, a dining area, chairs and custom patio.
Comes with all the amenities you would expect, We provide WiFi and Ethernet connection.
rates
We actually DONT charge seasonal premiums. Higher price is for full 3 person occupancy, lower price for 1-2 persons.

Like at every business, even us have some rules. We sincerelly please all our guests for respecting and not violating following rules:
- Guests must provide a valid form of identification at check–in.
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in.
- Guests are not allowed to bring firearms into the guest house.
- Guests are not allowed to bring pets into the guest house.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke in the suites nor the guest house.
- Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Our guest house is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the suite property.
- Guests are responsible for any fines or penalties that are incurred during their stay.
- The guest house reserves the right to refuse service to any guest.
