Welcome to our guest house, also called pension in european english. Our pension situated near the reeds of biggest pilsner pond with lake level quality of water is operated by us, an older couple staying at the same place where is pension situated. Thats why our pension gets a permanent care and maintenance. The guest house is our heritage and everything what we have and what we live trough. We are proud to offer a calm accomodation for business or pleasure travellers who like to stay in calm place with punctly clean rooms and tidy surroundings.
Our pension is newly built, opened in 2024. We offer four rooms for continuous rental with modern equipment and also common areas where you can stay before checking in or after checking out with extra restrooms and seatings. We also offer enough parking lots for visitors, and enough green grass areas to relax. Our pension offers high level of security as its common areas are under permanent surveillance with recording.
To keep high level of silence and calmness and adult-guest satisfactory level, we are not accepting accomodating childrens and pets. The area is also strictly non smokers and not suitable for giving noisy parties.
The guest house is besides other kinds of travelers very suitable for sportly visitors, the pension is situated near one of most popular cycleways and roller skate ways in the city. Alternativelly, you can just go jogging around the lake as well as into nearby forrests or hire a boat in vessel rental service nearby.

HOW TO GET TO US
By a car
From “Plaská” main street turn to “Na Sudech” avenue, at the next stop light operated crossing turn left to the street “U Velkého rybníka” and follow this street until you see the guest house on the right side. Beware of closed barriere, which can be opened by this publicly accessible switch (on the photo below) placed on the garage on the right side behind the barriere. Parking for guests is situated behind the barrier.
By a train
To travel to us by train, you have two choices. You can either travel to the main railway station in Pilsen and continue by tram n. 1 to the “Okounová” stop and transfer to the bus n. 30 to the request stop “Malý Bolevec”.
Or, alternatively, you can utilize the near “Plzeň – Bílá Hora” station on the local Plzeň – Žatec railway. Regional trains are servicing this station every hour during working days and once per 2 hours during holidays and weekends. You may appreciate this station also as a starting point for your journeys to the north of Pilsner region. Station is barriere-less and modernized in past years and is situated in about 1km distance from the guest house.
By a public transport
Public transportation is serviced nearby by city bus line nr. 30 which operates every 7-20 minutes depending on daytime.
Travel to the request stop “Malý Bolevec” which is closest to the guest house. Then follow up the shared cyclo and pedestrian way up to the guest house on the opposite side of street.
